Alex is an Iowa City native who began his career in public accounting as a CPA and eventually obtained his MBA while living in St. Louis. After assisting with building his own home, he fell in love with the building and design process and left the world of accounting to pursue a new career in the homebuilding industry. Alex is known for his excellent communication with clients, attention to detail, and job-site management skills. His creativity and commitment to quality will ensure your dream home becomes a reality. In his spare time, Alex can be found spending time with his wife and two kids, playing soccer, or spending nights in his wood shop making furniture.

Johanna is originally from Cedar Rapids and spent the first 8 years of her career growing her project management skills at an accounting firm. Johanna joined the Bedrock team to pursue her long-time love of construction and design. She has excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and a designers eye to help you create your dream home.

DESIGNER

Morgan is an Iowa City native who loves seeing the area grow with its mix of old and new homes, creating a one of a kind place to live! She graduated from the University of Iowa with a BFA in 3D Design and has worked in the Iowa City residential design + build industry since. She has a passion for all things residential design as well as product design. She is committed to interiors, with a strong focus on details and communication. She spearheads Bedrock Builders in-house CAD rendering design work, with a touch of marketing and social media content design.

OFFICE MANAGER

Megan assists in the development and implementation of company polices and procedures; manages and oversees employees, programs and practices within the company; maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing as well as providing the highest level of support to the team and their clients.
